lol, you'll have to excuse me, I've had a REALLY bad people week.....I've had two people in my place of business I've wanted to punch so bad this week, I actually had to really work seriously hard to keep myself from doing it. With all my health issues I've started up with a new doctor who has made incredible strides in isolating several really bad health problems, what they are and how to treat them....we've started some treatments and some of it is messing with me. I'm feeling better overall and I'm finally 100% confident we're on the right track, but it's going to be rough going for awhile getting through a lot of treatments we'll be doing over the next year. I may have to drop off the internet warz for awhile along the way. In the meantime, I'm pretty punchy right now. And itching to get the baseball season started! Hang in there, uck! Thanks, I'm trying my best.
But if I drop out of sight for awhile, you guys go on ahead without me, save yourselves!

You've lost a bit of weight, but otherwise, you look great!

No one yet, but we have some here prone to it and for me it signals the season is nigh upon us. I'm ready for it! I don't think my comment really had anything to do with you at all.. lol, you'll have to excuse me, I've had a REALLY bad people week.....I've had two people in my place of business I've wanted to punch so bad this week, I actually had to really work seriously hard to keep myself from doing it. I've been blessed with great health all my life, but so was my oldest brother. He found out in November of 2018 that he was sick, and was gone before the end of March just 4 short months later. I think it's made me more aware of it than ever.

I think it's made me more aware of it than ever. Sorry to hear about your brother, and thanks for the well wishes, I do appreciate it.
I was in perfect health until I hit 50 and thenall hell broke loose. Partly because of nature, then two severe dehydrations from the flu where I couldn't keep any fluids or liquids down, then a severe reaction to a titanium dental implant five years ago. It all put me on the brink of death for a good year or so, I was seriously concerned about keeling over any day, and for good reason. I had doctors really upset with some things they were seeing from tests and blood work, things they had never seen before. I had one female doctor I was actually friends with crying over me in her office four years ago. That implant reaction caused me to suffer a severe heavy metal poisoning and I still have most of the junk in my body. There's only one way to get it out, and my kidneys couldn't stand the treatments because all the metals get pushed out through your kidneys. I slowly improved over the last few years but still not a lot, but at least enough to feel relatively safe that I probably wouldn't die any day. Now I finally I got in with a doctor I had been trying to hook up with for four years but he wasn't taking new patients. I just started seeing him in September and he has uncovered so many things and started treating some already, and I'm slowly improving but having a lot of ups and downs. And I will for awhile, but once we get things fixed to a certain point then we can get aggressive with other real strong treatments and then get the metals out of my body. That metal reaction screwed up my nervous system, my autonomic nervous system, circulatory system, and it embeds in all your organs including your heart and brain. It's been really brutal. But just since September I've finally for the first time started feeling 100% convinced I've found the doctor who is in touch with it all, knows how to fix it and has the program laid out. I've been to fifty doctors and the best I have felt about any of them is maybe 30% confidence in them. So I do have a lot of hope now. Which means I'll probably get run over by bus this week.

For real, I hope you continue to get better and I’m rooting for you. :-) Thank you sir, that means a lot to me, I sincerely appreciate it. My situation wasn’t “life or death”, but it had a profound effect on my life and health moving forward. For years, about twice a year, I’d throw my lower back out doing simple things, like picking up a piece of trash off the floor, and I’d be laid up for a couple of weeks. Well, two years ago, that exact thing happened within 5 minutes of being at work, but I thought “well, if I’m careful, I can finish out the day”. Afternoon came, and while simply walking, I felt a shift in my mid-spine and immediately my traps caught on fire and I couldn’t move my neck. For 6 weeks I wore a neck brace and then spent 3 months going to a PT and chiro to fix my bulged disc. I would get spasms in my upper back and down my arm, grip weakness, and the sensation that my arm had fallen asleep; constantly. Finally, they fixed it, but the disc had pinched a nerve, caused my tricep muscle to atrophy. I made the decision right there to do something about my physical health and since then I’ve spent the last two years, working most times 6 days a week, to regain my strength, grow it, work on my flexibility and joint mobility. I’ve also committed myself to eating healthy. Through dedication and hard work I’m in the best shape of my life and my doctor said recently, during my annual physical, that I’m a health superstar. I’m not saying all this for attention. I’m saying that if you commit to being healthier, I know you can do it, because I did it. It’s a mindset. Inspire the mindset in yourself and you can accomplish anything.

Joc Pederson deal to Angels falls through. Should AA sweep in and try to scoop him up?
He’s young, affordable and would be a good lefty bat in the middle of our order after RAC, GAPOZ, FF and Ozuna.
Just a thought.

I would not mind having Joc at all. Guess some kind of move could be made with the excess players if something could be worked out
They would not need any of our excess outfielders so Alex would have to get creative with other teams (maybe)
Of course the top end of the system will be off limits - do they even have roster room for the excess outfielders we have I got to look at their roster.

I wish we could have Joc instead of Neck. Dream on though.

I wish we could have Joc instead of Neck. Dream on though. But Joc wouldn’t give us all those “professional at bats” like Nick does to get our announcers all lathered up.
