I loved how Glavine pitched this game.. so smart.
He made the batters strike zone shift 4 inches to the outside but then still had the real zone over the plate. They wouldn't even offer on some of the inside stuff and were swinging at balls 6 inches off the plate.

Braves replay game tonight was the one where they were down 7-2 to the Failies at home in the 7th, and Jay Bruce pulled up on McCann's pop up that dropped and scored the final 2 in the Bravos comeback win.
7 runs in the final 3...
Kaplan bullpen mismanagement....
A Failie player gives a half arsed effort on a critical play...
All that stuff you loved last year.

I'm glad you didn't just say "it was that game where Kaplan mismanaged the pen and a Faillies player gave a half assed effort on a critical play" because that would have not narrowed down which game it was at all. |
