Not that much into twitter, but just saw that the Braves have a new hashtag, #FortheA. If I remember correctly, the previous one was #chopon.
And so the PC nonsense begins ...

I thought Trump had shown folks the way against this crap (tell them to pound sand, then double down), but obviously I was wrong.

It will be interesting to see if they ever make an official statement that the chop and chant has been done away with, or if they'll just stop playing the music and hope fans follow along. Given the cowardice we showed for game 5 of the playoffs I'm pretty sure I know the answer.

No chop, that is the end of the essence of the Braves fan experience
Not saying its not a good stadium or the team is not going to play good ball but that was the energy that brought excitement in the Braves experience
it was a different experience from 1991 on - even in the off yrs doing the chop brought energy in the fan experience at the game

Yep, all through the playoffs and the Super Bowl.
But we have to pander to one relief pitcher with sand in his vagina.

So what if the Braves stop egging it on. The fans won’t stop.

it will be vastly different if they stop doing things like passing out tomahawks and playing the music.

Instead of the chop song they’ll probably play Teletubbie music. Why not just make Tinky Winky our mascot.

Yes, Brown was going to be better than Heyward.

From Bowman's column "Within the past two weeks a pair of scouts have essentially said, “I don’t think you understand how bad Ozuna is defensively.”
