Truist. What a horrible name for anything. Think of all the man hours and money spent coming up with a name, and then you come up with THAT. Should have just asked a group of kindergarteners what to name it. They would have come up with something much better than "Truist".

My question is how do you combine sun trust and BB&T and get Truist? I would rather it be Sub trust. They could name the braves The Atlanta Meatballs, you can always Trust a good meatball sub... But again the vegans would protest

Yea but the way this thing has dragged on and on will make me hate him if he goes elsewhere Not blaming the Braves in this one though, will hope whomever spends the stupid money will have a bad contract on their hands & that this past yr is his last good yr in MLB I would not mind some kind of deadline on these free agents, the business of the game stinks as we know it today. I know that deadline will never happen. |

JOSH DONALDSON SIGNS A 4-YEAR DEAL WITH TWINS
ACCORDING TO MARK FEINSAND, MLB.COM
Donaldson gets a 4-yr deal with the Twins, $92 Mil (Same $23 /year we paid him), and a 5th year option.
AA says he wanted to keep JD but said it would be thought to compete financially.
