Jason Heyward is beating Josh 4-0 in HR's this year and has him by 600 points in OPS.
Just sayin'.
It figures that he's playing well when the Cubs suck, doesn't it?

But it could always be worse, they could have Donaldson hitting 2nd in their lineup every day.

Yeah I think he's going to come around, but currently his play warrants a drop in the order.

While I have never been a fan of the JD signing and consider him to be a multi-million dollar mistake, the deal is done and I can only hope that he regains his form and gives us the power boost we need. His defense is very good but I agree with the feeling he should be dropped in the order immediately. I'll never understand our penchant for going after FAs based on past glory and ignoring recent events, hoping the Atlanta uniform will instantly make them an all star again.

The most difficult aspect is knowing what a good performer Camargo was last year and now he is not afforded a chance to repeat .

JD appears to be slightly 'woke'.

I can’t wait for the “JD is underpaid” takes.

It is only a 6-7 game run.
Too bad he didn’t skip spring training we might have had this start around opening day.

Disagree, need guys like this to have one less month of wear and tear heading down the stretch. He could have just as easily got hurt like gausman and Folty. I’d prefer to rest him more than we currently are.

Okay so here we go. The guy all but took spring off. Now he can't make it out of April without injury. He must have forgotten how to run again. There will be little left of him to trade at the deadline.
Time for Riley to elevate to the bigs.
