Sorry, stopped reading after the claim that Dansby just played video games with his buds, that’s just gibberish. Gibberish? so I take it you saw him in winter ball and you saw him at camp early? I got the video games because of his tweets and there is a video of him at his HS when camp opened.

That may be true on that one, but I still think Duval or Neck could have gotten as assist and the out on that catch and throw. I'd almost be willing to bet one of the boys that neither Nick or Duvall would have gotten to that ball. Nick is too slow and Duvall is pretty bad defensively too. I don't recall ever seeing Nick get back to the wall, jump and catch a ball that would have been a HR. And Duvall is kind of oafish in the outfield.

I'd almost be willing to bet one of the boys that neither Nick or Duvall would have gotten to that ball. Nick is too slow and Duvall is pretty bad defensively too. Nobody was catching that. Nobody.

Nobody was catching that. Nobody. My initial instinct on it was that the best defensive outfielders in baseball would have a 25% chance of catching that.

It was about a pop fly to shallow left field where Acuna made a crappy approach and set up and a crappy throw to the plate allowing a run to score.
