Sorry, stopped reading after the claim that Dansby just played video games with his buds, that’s just gibberish.

Don't know if y'all knew this, Dansby Swanson is 9th in Defensive Runs Saved. That's only 1 less than Andrelton Simmons in 61 less innings. Also, after tearing it up his first go around with the Braves, Simmons posted 3 straight years of sub-100 wRC+ production before being traded to the Angels. After one sub-100 wRC+ year for the Angles, Simmons has blossomed into the hitter we see today. Maybe, we shouldn't be so quick to give up on Swanson. Just sayin'... I'm sorry, but that just doesn't fit the narrative. Dansby Swanson MUST be bashed, belittled, and besmirched at every opportunity.

He’s a starter with possible ace potential, and needs to develop as such. Until that possibility is gone.

Sorry, stopped reading after the claim that Dansby just played video games with his buds, that’s just gibberish. It's usually not honest opinions that are ridiculed, but most often it is that sort of BS rhetoric that often accompanies an opinion.

Looking at the FA class and I'd agree with signing Grandal to Catch. Morton on a short 2 year deal I'd be okay with but we would need to lose Julio in some way for that to work in my mind otherwise you're taking a rotation spot from Soroka, Fried, or maybe Touki. Kimbrel could be a maybe signing. Awful lot of money to put there.
Outside of AJ Pollock I'm not seeing who the Braves should sign to replace Markakis. So I'm thinking that position might be better filled via a trade.
In terms of 3B and SS? I say stick with what they have. Camargo at 3rd Dansby at SS and Riley in AAA. I think that coaches wanted to really focus on one thing at a time with Dansby and defense was a big thing coming into this season. Dansby has been a gold glove level SS this season so he's fixed that. I think they'll in turn look to improve his bat in the offseason. I just think people are too quick to quit on him despite showing improvements at least with his defense this year.

I wonder what kind of offer would be realistic for a guy like Eddie Rosario. Damn good player to hit arbitration next year and under control through 2022. Hed be worth giving up some good prospects for I think.

There's short term options available, and there is the possibility of moving Camargo to LF and having Riley play 3rd. I don't really like that very much, but it is a solution. Sure frees up a lot of money to sign a big time pitcher.

I was wanting Riley to get some looks in the OF this year in the minors to have future options down the road.

I don’t know why you’d like him in LF, considering he’s never played there and he’s a big dude who doesn’t run well. At least with Camargo you have a guy who at least appears like he could run around the grass without getting winded. All that being said, if either scenario ends up being reality I’m gonna puke.

One of these things, is not like the others, one of these things, isn't as good as the others.......

If Acuna’s glove doesn’t develop he’s a LF

I'm unimpressed with him even in LF. From what I've seen so far, his only fielding asset is speed.
I would have expected Duvall to make that play Acuna was unable to make today.

I thought the ball was enough of a line drive for it to be a fairly difficult catch, I don't think it was high enough to give him enough time to get back to the wall and then jump.

That may be true on that one, but I still think Duval or Neck could have gotten as assist and the out on that catch and throw.
