I'm thinking allard gohara and pache should get it done. Plus we can make them take McCarthys contract in the deal. I'd prefer synder but I'll take either.

I don't know for a fact what sort of package it would take to get either. I assume a lot. The Mets assuming McCarthy's contract wouldn't help us very much.
Allard does have stamina concerns. However, he is a top 100 prospect. The Braves really liked Allard when they signed him. As I understand it he isn't as likely to have a ceiling of a number one pitcher and his stock is down. Trading Allard now would probably mean selling low.
Gohara has fitness concerns and has only recently come back from injury. He's only made one start this season and has a high ERA. The Braves would be selling low.
Pache is a fairly decent prospect. He has Ender level potential of 3 FWar while being average on offense if his defense in center is stellar. The Braves aren't selling low on Pache here and he's the one I would be most okay with trading because he is years away and his potential is somewhat limited unless he develops a new skill which is certainly possible, but at the same time definitely not a foregone conclusion.
We'd be selling low on two players and I don't think your offer would be enough for the Mets to bite. I think the Mets would start with Albies or Acuna as the primary player in the deal and then stick firmly with Kyle Wright. I personally would not trade Wright, Pache, and at least one other major prospect for DeGrom or Syndergaard. We've been working hard to try to develop an ace of our own. Maybe it happens and maybe it doesn't. What I do know is that I don't want us to trade for one and as of right now I'm not on board with signing one either.

The mutts could get a HAUL for those guys, especially deGrom, whom I have a huge man crush on. That cat can flat out pitch.

Syndergaard would be cool since he's not a free agent until 2022.
We could go into next year with a little playoff experience under our belt and a rotation of
Thor Folty Newk Soroka Lots of options
Then add Machado or Harper to the lineup and we should dominate the league at least until typical Atlanta sports playoff syndrome kicks in.
If we did this though we would probably lose all hope of becoming a long term dynasty since we would have to give up so much.

Allard has or at least had stamina concerns. It was the first sentence I wrote about him... Allard pitched a tad bit under 5.5 innings per game in 2016. In 2017 he was a tiny bit over 5.5 innings. Allard has pitched over 6 innings per game thus far this season. I'd be quite fine trading Allard if the team trading for him would be buying into the increase innings per start and the ERA. Allard's K/9 are the highest of his career right now. His HR/FB is down. His FIP and xFIP are both quite a bit higher than his ERA. So it absolutely makes sense to trade Allard if a team guys into his current play. I obviously don't know how organizations around the league feel about Allard. I would personally be hesitant to trade for him if he was the main asset in a trade. And again, this in my opinion isn't really about Allard. Your proposed deal in my opinion isn't enticing enough for the Mets to trade either Syndergaard or DeGrom.

Gohara and allard are both top 50 prospects and pache is young and a top prospect likely right outside the top 100. I doubt they could get more than that.

You’re smoking pure smack if you think that’ll “get it done”. You’re talking legit Aces. If you think two top-50 prospect (both of which being pitchers), one 50-100 prospect, and an expiring contract is enough, you should do some intense research on surplus value. I assure you, your proposal isn’t even close. You wanna know what a legit offer looks like? I’ll show you... Acuña Jr., Newcomb, Riley, Pache, and Contreras.

Like 2 out of the first 3 you listed, with maybe Soroka as an option in that group, then something similar to the last two you listed.

I have a pretty good understanding of surplus value so I can round about, but either way, neither package is worth 2 to 3 years of one player, who’ll command top dollar later. Better to keep those guys, wait a year, and go after MadBum

It's higher than I'd pay, given what we have in the pipeline. I like deGrom as much as any pitcher out there, but I'd sooner hand out a big contract than gut the future to that extent.

Honestly, it wouldn’t even make sense for the Mets to trade them because no team is going to give up the value necessary to make the deal wash value wise. This should put it into context... What's a fair price for deGrom? Buster Olney of ESPN posited that the Mets can ask for two elite MLB-ready prospects and two more high-end players from the lower minors. In short, four legitimate prospects and no mere throw-ins. That’s a combination of Acuña or Albies, Newcomb or Gohara, Riley, and probably one of Wentz//Touki/Anderson/Wilson/Pache. Plus you gotta throw in the extra player because the Mets would be trading in division. Cost’s more for NL Easterns.
