Aaron Nola, RHP, 12-5, 3.62 ERA, 216 K's Aaron Nola looks to build on his strong start against the Red Sox, in which he allowed one run over seven innings on Saturday. Nola is 3-1 with a 4.06 ERA in five starts against the Braves this season.
vs
Mike Soroka, RHP, 12-4, 2.57 ERA, 130 K's After limiting the Nationals to one hit over seven scoreless innings on Friday, Soroka ranked second in the Majors with a 2.57 ERA. He hasn't completed five innings in either of this year's two previous starts against the Phillies.

Is it my imagination or do we get Nola and deGrom every single series we play against these teams?

We haven't played particularly well against the phailies this year no matter who they have sent to the mound. Bugs the crap out of me because I can't stand them.

Joyce as well, and we're loading up on RHB against Nola?
We do some really strange things at strange times. JD should have gotten a break against a LHP because he hasn't hit them terribly well.
I won't be surprised at all if we get swept today.

Just a little lull. phailies are playing for their lives, and they're not a bad team. I hate losing to them, I mean, I REALLY hate losing to them, but it won't matter in the end. Braves will win the division, phailies will be on the outside looking in. At least they'll get to say they didn't have to watch us celebrate another division title while they watched, which they had to do last year.

Hopefully the offense can score some runs today. Ok no more base runners in the first inning Mike.

This is a MUST win game, if only for the purpose of breaking the stench of this 3 game losing streak.
What the H is going wrong with these guys, for a change would be nice to see a W than an L we have seen the last 3 games
We were going so great now this. Just stop the bleeding of losing and not have our pitchers have that one bad inning
These guys have a little work to do
