Bottom looks more like 13 years in San Francisco. You have to be familiar with the show to get the joke. I’m familiar

He’s a former priest, who has been in love with dee his whole life, that gave up his vows to marry dee, because she led him on, so he would bless a water stain in the bar that looked like the Virgin Mary, and he became homeless. Now he spends his days smoking crack and getting banged by feral dogs. Watch this. m.youtube.com/watch?v=Sh46ZEAVOIk

Everybody loves Cricket! Bryce is Cricket! And it's just Cricket. We have nothing to worry about at all with Cricket and the Phils the next 13 years.

Am I the only one around here that hopes the deal works well for Bryce and when they are not playing the Braves, Philly?
Sense a little jealousy that we do not have an ownership that would go out there and make a move like that
No, I am not going to switch and be a Nats or Phillies fan but man I have to give credit where credit is due when teams go for it
Yea, got to admit to a little jealousy - but we had our day in the sun when we would pursue the Greg Maddux's of the world, traded for Fred Mc Griff (and gave up nothing) while never losing a player we needed.
We were pretty big players until after 2003 when Ted lost his boardroom fight, AOL cut the payroll back and the team has never been the same

They are the first team ever to sign 3 All Stars (Realmuto, Harper, Segura) from the previous years All Star game during the off season.

You have to be willing to do both to win. This is how a team should be built.

What good young talent do the Faillies have? Hoskins who is a goof defensively and Nola and some good bullpen arms? The rest of it is a pile of garbage. Of course they abandoned their rebuild it was failing.

Of course they abandoned their rebuild it was failing. Winning now covers a multitude of sins And its not like the guys they have added are ready for the MLB rocking chair I will take their suits and budgets over ours anyday. That fan base would not put up with the BS that Mc Guirk, Maffei and Malone have thrown at us And there is no safe haven that young talent will pan out especially when its nearly centered around pitching that takes a few yrs to develop They should be fine for a few yrs

If that's how you feel why continue to be a fan of a team you constantly bitch about? Go be a fan of the phollies, and when they start losing, you can be a fan of the next team that's winning. Think about it, you'll never have to bitch and moan again. The question isn't why would you do it, it's why wouldn't you? Unless, of course, you like complaining about everything. But, as much as you may like it, nobody else does. Do you care about that? The fact that your constant complaining bores everyone around here?

I watched that entire video and nothing on the leather hopping part. I need a clip on that, lol.
