That's all fine and dandy BUT maybe there is a blowout either way today and they won't be needed. Then it's a coulda...woulda...shoulda...situation. Managers today seem to manage based on what MIGHT happen tomorrow. I think many managers today sometimes "forfeit", for lack of a better word, an extra innings game today based on what they might need tomorrow. I think it’s asinine to manage for what might happen tomorrow when you’re in a tied freaking game in extra innings. Just asinine. Do all you can to win that game and worry about what happens or doesn’t happen tomorrow when it gets here. We weren’t hitting, but another inning or two and one guy might have popped one or several guys might have woke up and got us a run. Now if we get blown out today we got stupid Snitkered again. Agree 100%. Let’s sit Freddie today because he may be overworked tomorrow and injure himself.

Also, if Snit got Viz up in a 4-0 game, that’s his fault. Folty was ROLLING. And had a 4-0 lead. Winkler or Viz shouldn’t have gotten up. Sucklovic for the 4-0 lead not a 3-3 game.

It’s like seeing Wisler stride in, in relief. You know the outcome before the outcome was decided

Forecast from yesterday still stands. Even the winds should be similar to yesterday. "Tomorrow looks like a near repeat of today with slightly warmer temperatures and heat indices and also a slightly increase of an afternoon and/or evening shower or rumble of thunder. The ball should carry well today, especially center through left field, with the warm, humid air and a breeze blowing out to left." -PA
GO BRAVES!

A must win game or all the good work from Thursday and Friday is wiped out and we're out of first place again (and the Nats are happy with a split and playing .500 ball on the road against the Braves)

Hellickson out....
Lord.... we're facing some AA rookie call up now.. he'll probably throw 7 innings of shut out ball against us.

Mark Bowman @mlbbowman Hellickson exits with what looks like a strained right hamstring. Jefry Rodriguez enters with one out in the first to make his MLB debut.
