We'll probably regret letting him walk when Smurphy and his .213 BA are on IR and Chadwick Tromp is our catcher for 3 straight months.

Now we have to put up with Murphy....who I absolutely can not stand or maybe I should have to say I have to put up with Murphy because I know there are the Murphy lovers on here.

Exactly, but our stooge writers seem to think ALL Braves fans are stupid and they can spin whatever they want any way they want to avoid being critical in any way of Snitwit or any of management.

Damn I’m going to miss TDA.
2021 was a special season. Rosario, Matzek, Soler, TDA, Smith…

If by "came on a little strong" you meant "completely misrepresented the general consensus of pretty much every single person"; I agree... you did.

Don't know what you mean but still can not stand Murphy....the Braves fell for or A fell for the deal with him. Ha, ha...the Braves were taken. Murphy is deplorable. The thought of having to put up with him as their #1 catcher make me barf. And there are those who say 'just give him a chance to play everyday and he will improve......not".

So you just stand by your original claim there are Murphy supporters here. Without saying who or when they said what you claim they said. I’ll speak up and say I was disappointed in 2023 that Snitker started rotating the catchers every day because Murphy was hitting .290 with a .950 OPS up until the All Star game, then just played every other day after that. And he was coming off of two consecutive 4 WAR seasons in Oakland. Coincidence or not, when Murphy stopped playing every day he went to disaster level crap and has stayed there until this very day. I’m not a supporter, I’m not saying cutting back his playing time maybe wrecked his confidence or timing or anything, maybe it was just a coincidence. But it is a fact he has been really really putrid the last year and a half.
