8-4 is good, glad to see Riley get one out of here
Great work by Fried, I admit I was worried about him in his AA days at Mississipi, but he did work out.
Still think this team is good enough to be in the top 8 in the NL this yr

Craig Kimbrel had to be removed from a save situation again, he's bombed all three outings this season.
He's now pitched 1.2 innings, has given up 4 hits, 4 BBs, 2 HRs, has a 4.80 WHIP and a 32.40 ERA.

Just checked the box score and was surprised to see that no error was charged to Riley on the play that scored the Toronto run. I assumed that the run was unearned. Not a big deal, just sayin'.

He's done He was slipping a bit later in that 2018 RS championship season, had some post season games he struggled with location. He might be on the way out, I don't know about his velocity or some of the detailed stuff but 4.8 WHIP even with a small sample size is obviously not major league caliber He was not good last yr either The RS might have been right to walk away from him in spite of their problems.

Hate to see someone who once was so damn elite just flame out so quickly like that.

David O'Brien @dobrienatl Freddie Freeman out of lineup tonight. Snit had mentioned giving everyone a rest day soon. Freeman started all 12 games and is second on team with 51 PAs (to Acuña's 56).
