I really don't get the opting out thing. What are you gonna do, hide in a cave? Keep your family under lock and key? I mean, this is a "you can run but you can't hide" situation if there's ever been one. I get the concern, I guess, but it seems to me that you either spend the rest of your life hiding from an invisible enemy, or you go on living. I don't get what these people think they're accomplishing.

Makes me think they are the sort of people who don't really play for the love of the game any longer.

Some interesting coronavirus tidbits(some may have been posted previously) "A positive test result shows you may have antibodies from an infection with the virus that causes COVID-19. However, there is a chance a positive result means that you have antibodies from an infection with a virus from the same family of viruses (called coronaviruses), such as the one that causes the common cold." www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/testing/serology-overview.htmlThe following link from the CDC explains what is considered a COVID-19 case and by inference a cause of death since it's a case. wwwn.cdc.gov/nndss/conditions/coronavirus-disease-2019-covid-19/case-definition/2020/The new estimates of infection fatality rates (IFR) released by the CDC are as follows for different age groups: 0-49 years old: 0.05% 50-64 years old: 0.2% 65+ years old: 1.3% Overall ages: 0.4% When considering the asymptomatic rate the overall total drops to 0.26%

Just a little FYI:
Has anybody ever wondered how many people die every day in the United States? In 2018 an average of 7,708 PER DAY. www.cdc.gov/mmwr/volumes/68/wr/mm6826a5.htmApproximately 7,452 per day according to this site, which specifies no time frame: www.indexmundi.com/blog/index.php/2018/03/05/how-many-people-die-a-day-in-the-us/We haven't had 1,000 die in a single day from Covid since June 9th or 10th. The average deaths per day since then are likely around 500-700. At this pace we may end up with 140,000 total deaths from Covid. In total we had 2,839,205 die from all causes in the US in 2018, and in total we had 2,813,503 die in 2017 from all causes. 140,000 deaths would be 5% of all the deaths in the country for the whole year. How did so many people buy into the hysteria and get their panties so bunched up over this? We should address the other 95% of the deaths with even more craziness, right? Because those things aren't going to go away.
