Once the crying starts the appeasement is quick to follow, even more so nowadays.

It is downright funny how easy it is to fool people.
The narrative now is just "rising Covid" or "surging Covid" and people just swallow it hook line and sinker.
What an asinine way to judge where things really stand right now with this virus.
But it's going to work. They're going to keep everything shut down for another couple of months, or right up to the election if they can.
While daily death totals continue to drop.

They've set this up just like they wanted. They know that positive tests really don't mean much and can actually be seen as a good thing. Viruses spread. It's what they do! Instead of getting this over with in a couple of months, it's gonna drag on forever. X number of people will be infected no matter what, we've just lengthened the time it takes it to happen, which is perfectly fine with the left, which hates a strong economy to begin with.

A-FREAKING-MEN (from that article):
Unfortunately, the COVID disaster and the aforementioned Iraq War fit a familiar pattern. As the historian Paul Johnson has observed, most of the worst events of the 20th century were perpetrated by experts who used collective power to shape world events in a direction they believed was beneficial. “One of the principal lessons of our tragic century, which has seen so many millions of innocent lives sacrificed in schemes to improve the lot of humanity, is— beware intellectuals,” Johnson wrote in The Intellectuals. “ Not merely should they be kept away from the levers of power, they should also be objects of particular suspicion when they seek to offer collective advice.”

"The 31 players, and seven additional staff members, make up 1.2 percent of the 3,185 samples collected in the first set of results. The players came from 19 of the 30 clubs."

The way we rolled over like little bitches in the playoffs last year when the relief pitcher complained, you can bet we'll be all over a name change. Some kind of announcement will be made before we play a game this year, letting everyone know our time frame for changing our name.

What about the Cleveland Cavers and the Washington Weaklings?

Has anybody here ever used the word “hoax?” The sentiment has been that the virus is not as deadly as it was blown up to be and the economy didn’t need to be destroyed. No one has denied it’s brutal for older people who get it.

Yes, those qualify as hoaxes. It's a virus. IT IS GOING TO SPREAD!! That's what viruses do. It's not hard to understand. All these people wearing masks everywhere think they're gonna stop the spread? That's just laughable. Slow it down, sure, but what good is that? We're past the point of flooding hospitals. Herd immunity must happen. Period.

Yep, and keep the elderly and sick as protected as possible. But I guess now that Freddie has it this crap is realz!
