Assuming we can win the East, a large assumption at this point I know, how far can this team go? I'm gonna say NLCS, because I just don't see them getting by the Dodgers and their combination of pitching and hitting. If we could somehow add a frontline starter and stabilize the bullpen, I might feel otherwise, because they're pretty good. I just don't think there's quite enough yet.

One thing in our favor compared to the Dodgers-we’re one of the best road teams in baseball and the Dodgers are not. That says a lot about gutting out tough games. If we can offset their left hand bats in a playoff series, we could give them a real run for it. That’s with what we have now, and I expect us to improve in some way with the pitching.

Speaking of improving the pitching, who do we try to acquire? I think I favor Wheeler if possible. He's a Georgia boy, and that can't hurt our chances.

This is the best offensive team we have had in the ATL history - maybe the entire franchise history
Can beat you in so many ways - no easy out and they all get on base and do not give away outs
Some baserunning speed when needed too
But the postseason - come on no post season series wins since 2001. Why expect that to change now, this is Atlanta
Should have had the WC game win in 2012 but Sam Holbrook had other plans with his BS infield fly rule thing -- only could happen to us
But given everything I am good with the division title, its not in our DNA to win in the post season - will be pleasantly surprised if that changes anything can happen
In the post season they have disappointed me too many times so I will not expect it
