tomahawktake.com/2018/11/19/atlanta-braves-mock-winter-meeting-epilogue-new-roster/
So basically, the 2019 Braves would look like this:
Lineup CF Ender Inciarte RF Ronald Acuna, Jr. 1B Freddie Freeman C Yasmani Grandal LF Eddie Rosario 3B Johan Camargo SS Dansby Swanson 2B Ozzie Albies
Bench C Tyler Flowers UT Charlie Culberson OF Trey Mancini OF Gerardo Parra
Rotation LH James Paxton RH Mike Foltynewicz LH Sean Newcomb RH Kevin Gausman RH Touki Toussaint
Bullpen LH Jesse Biddle RH Sergio Romo LH Jonny Venters RH Darren O'Day LH AJ Minter RH Ken Giles RH Arodys Vizcaino RH Kirby Yates (CL)
I'm all aboard on the Rosario / Yates moves if we could make them happen. Like the revamped bench, too. This is all pure fantasy, but this wouldn't be a bad OD 25 man roster.

The writers trade for Paxton was horrible. If AA gives up that much for a guy who's 30 and has trouble making it through 200 innings he should be fired right after.

He also played loose and fast with our farm. He traded away 11 arms!

Me like this trade for Rosario wayyyyyy better- puckettspond.com/2018/11/16/minnesota-twins-gm-simulation-trade-starting-pitcher/ Stranger trades have happened. Consider me on the Greinke train though I would hope we eat more contract and sacrifice less prospects. I would even consider taking the entire contract to return a prospect which has been mentioned as a possibility. I’m in the Ramos camp for catcher.

I have to ask... we live in a world of hypotheticals so once again just asking... would Folty, Ender, and Gohara be anywhere near the cost for Kris Bryant. Cubs need pitching, they have previously highly valued Ender, and Gohara could be seen as a project starter in the future but also a major boost to the pen currently. All cheap controllable and fit their contention timeline but at the cost of a major star (who has had his injuries and under performed but maintains huge value). Do we have to supply some payroll relief as well. Nightman you are the surplus guru so I ask you what are the comparisons.
Disclaimer* cubs are not trading Bryant, yada yada yada.

Rosario has a crap ton of surplus value. Teheran is a salary dump and Carle is a throw in, oh, and good luck getting any team to take Allard as the prospect centerpiece. I mean, seriously, how does that deal make the Twins better? How does it even make them the same? That deal makes them clearly worse off.

What little I've seen of Allard makes me wonder why he was ever a high pick in the first place. His stuff looks very average to me.

I think your offer is close. The problem is 2 fold: 1. The Cubs do not need another OF so Ender would not be a guy they're gonna want. 2. In our what have you done for me lately culture Gohara would not be able to be the prospect centerpiece of that trade. We would likely have to move Wright.

Yankees acquire Paxton. They gave up Sheffield, too.
