I couldn't decide between either being a brain surgeon or a taxi driver, so I split the difference and became a taxidermist.

Man... life sucks for everyone... ...Unless you actually become a solid MLB player, an astronaut, or you are banging Kate Upton. Imagine if you did all three. Justin Verlander actually has a shot at it.

Actually in a way, he has already accomplished this.
MLB - check Kate Upton - check Astro - check
JUSTIN VERLANDER IS THE GREATEST MAN EVER!!

Questions I would like to ask Brave's coaches:
To Chuck Hernandez....
"So tell me again what it is exactly that you actually do around here?"

Seems like we have some of our worst bullpen meltdowns when Folty pitches a great game -- like today
Biddle does it again -- what do you expect now its Brach's turn to walk the dog in the park
Well what did I say Brack messes up again -- they had good intentions tyring to resurrect Brach but the FO was wrong on that worthless pickup
Brach is horrible - but Venters does save the day for hope is a deserved win for Folty he does not deserve another No Decision

Seriously, are Biddle and Minter worth the time to wait and develop if they are serious about building a serious consistent run over the next few yrs
Face it, we got lucky this yr with the decline of the Nats but I will take it -- Kudos to the rest of the team xcept for this worthless pen its a fit to watch

Who would not be for KImbrel but they will have to pay -- why would Boston, a team that has a budget and a propensity to spend some money want to let Kimbrel go unless he does not like the Northeast (some guys do not like it there) Boston in crazy not to keep him unless there is something that is not known Kimbrel is a southern boy. That doesn't hurt, IMO. That said, I'm not sure about a big contract for a closer. We have a lot of good young arms. Can't we find one in-house and spend our $$ elsewhere? Not that I wouldn't like to have Kimbrel back, just not sure it's the best use of $$. Kimbrel is one of those special closers who would be worth it -- you can find guys who can get saves but you cannot just find those slam the door in your face and has a presence that makes those around him better in the unit so yes, it might be worth it They really do not have to pursue a whole lot in FA now -- but I want to first see the extra dollars spent in locking up the young nucleus -- for one thing Folty is getting closer to the time to get paid -- would not be bad to have him around past his time to get paid. Some of these young SP's might be good someday but they are in their learning curve (Touki, Allard, Fried, etcd) and Allard did not look like he belongs when we saw him, maybe the moment was too big at the time

Wouldn't it be something if the Braves played Boston in the World Series and wound up beating Kimbrel in game 7? Hey, it could happen, right?
