LOL...indeed it is, and far too many for me to look at each section...to simplify, I suggest the section entitled FIRST OR SECOND HALF to be used as the comparison against each of our players...that gives things like BA and such that are easily compared.

Despite the lackluster end to the first half, the Braves have far exceeded expectations at 52-42 and only a 1/2 game out of first place. That being said, I thought it would be fun to get everyone's take on the first "half" of 2018.
MVP - Albies. We all expected Freeman to perform as he is, but Ozzie has been a spark all year long. Runner up - Markakis.
Cy Young - Folty. He seems to have turned a corner and aside from a couple of rough innings, has been our most reliable and dominant starter. Runner up - Sanchez.
Fireman of the Year - Winkler. He's cooled off a bit but he has been very dependable at the back end of the pen all year. Runner up - Minter.
Gold Glove - Swanson. He's turned the corner with his glove (hopefully his bat will follow). Runner up - Inciarte.
Top Rookie - Acuna. He's going through some growing pains but I think we can all agree, the talent is there. Runner up - Biddle.
Top Moment - Swanson's walk off vs. the Marlins, capping a big 9th inning comeback.
LVP - Inciarte. Has not hit at all this year and has not been a good table setter at the top of the order. Runner up - Flowers. He really has not done much all year.
Cy Yuk - Teheran. Has pitched well of late, but has been far too inconsistent. Runner up - McCarthy. He hasn't been horrible, but was supposed to be a stabilizing force and he's been the 2nd least reliable starter IMO.
Gas on Fire Reliever - Moylan (was there any doubt?). Runner Up - Mr. Automatically walk the first batter Sam Freeman
No Glove - defense has been pretty steady by the regulars this year. If I had to give a nod, I'd say Bautista in his brief time at 3B.
Worst Rookie - Gohara - had a lot of off the field issues but has not lived up to expectations.
Worst Moment - Bullpen blows big lead on the frozen tundra of Wrigley Field

Pretty good list, although I don't think Viz or Flowers has been that bad. Also, you're correct about the defense. It's been quite good all season. I might give the Gold Glove to Camargo, but Dansby ain't a bad choice there. In fairness to Gohara, he's had a rough year all around. A big turnaround from him in the 2nd half wouldn't surprise me.

You pretty much nailed it, LB...
I might argue Minter over Winkler, but it would just be splitting hairs.
Agree totally on Inciarte... iamgine what our offense would have been with him being better at the top of the lineup.
Gohara strikes me as someone needing consistency in his role, and he has had none.
