BJ was one player I did boo, but it was because of a total lack of effort or give a damn. I have also occasionally yelled for someone to pull their head out their backside.
I just don't boo when someone just doesn't make a play or get a hit and there are no signs that rhey are not putting forth sincere effort.

Editors note: From a tread called "Why does Sam Freeman still have a job"
seriously, how much more patience can this FO and coaching staff have with this lackluster garbage performance all yr
Can anyone seriously justify or come up with one redeeming quality why this guy should be on a MLB roster?
He walks the ballpark and never can get the first man out w/men on base -- once again he flopped today
Why can't this FO make up their mind and DFA this hall of fame candidate of incompetence -- he clearly is incapable of pitching in the major leagues
Worthless -- that is the end of it -- he is worthless - Shane Carle not a heck of alot better

Immediately if not sooner
He deserves to be Booed and worse -- the righthanded version of that disgraceful BUM Sam Freeman
I would rather have Freeman out there then this worthless garbage he is throwing -- keep him in late games and for sure its over as far as the post season goes
Why does this loser have a job in MLB -- and I will NEVER forgive Minter for last night -- this is the worst team in MLB from what we have seen this weekend
Its over -- its falling to pieces and we have to accept it -- well at least not accept it nicely
This pen is GARBAGE in plain English -- I HATE these guys who are not of MLB caliber -- the pen has cost us again and its never going to get better
Great job by Folty last nite and good job by Sanchez today but this garbage pen -- they all deserve to live in the PIG pen

Come on, its not gonna work this yr -- he might be beyond repair
This guy is a HR giver in action -- its to the point that Snit cannot put him in for anything anymore
Snit was right in pulling this loser after 55 pitches and 2 and a third
Think Snit has run out of patience with him -- I would think so and rightfully so
So what do you do -- my thing is DFA him and see if any other team wants to try to rescue this underachiever. We have enough arms in the system and even on the roster that are worthwhile like Newcomb and Touki till Dallas is ready
Gausman must GO -- not worth the money or space he takes up -- will love it if he never throws another pitch for the Braves again -- come on Alex make the sensible move and rid yourself of an underachiever

You don't DFA him. That's stupid.

What is so stupid about DFAing a guy who is incompetent?
Its not like there are not any other guys who can't do a better job and have more upside
This guy has been around for a while, mediocre up and down pitcher in spite of what ever upside - his mediocre numbers speak for itself
This yr he is a last resort pitcher -- his best contribution would be to go away and not come back

You put him in the bullpen, or god forbid, you work with him to fix what’s wrong, or, I don’t know, you look at his track record and realize he’s not nearly as bad as his last three starts. Said it before and I’ll say it again, your solutions would run you out of baseball. You’re impatient and baseball is a sport where you have to have patience. It’s 162 games, there’s gonna be ups and downs, but you don’t care.

I wish the Red Sox would have DFA'd Chris Sale at the end of April after his first 6 starts. His ERA (6.30) was higher than Gausman's is now and he had given up 7 HR in just 30 IP. I would have taken a chance on that guy (he has a history of being a pretty decent pitcher)

Glavine was talking about it last night. He seems to think he's got good stuff for the pen, and that you'd see his velocity go up considerably if he were moved to the pen. I hope he's right, because there doesn't seem to be much doubt that he's the odd man out when Keuchel gets here.

Let's package Gausman in a deal with Acuna and get Mike Trout.
