David O'Brien @dobrienatl · 35m Ozzie Albies had an extremely sore toe after being hit by a pitch in the second inning Monday night, and the #Braves will wait to see how he feels this morning before determine if he’ll play. He played the rest of the game but was limping afterward and had the foot checked out.

Ozzie has glass feet for sure... At least this time it was contact. Before he was simply evading a pitch.

Mark Bowman @mlbbowman · 1h Snit said Albies won’t need surgery. He didn’t give a timetable. But it sounds like there’s a chance he could be back in two weeks, which means three weeks might be the safer bet, especially this early in the season.

Now, Acuna potentially hurt (right knee) Looked like another one of those near mishaps between Acuña coming in and the 2nd baseman going out caused the slide.

It was a weird slide, I don't understanding how he didn't have his glove out reaching for the ball. At least it should only be a bruise or bad contusion as opposed to ligament type damage. The bad bruise can still lay a guy up for a week or two but it's not total disaster.

Lopez gets Tucker to end the threat. Lopez has been pure gold so far.
We went to two Astros games in Atlanta in April of 2023 (we lost both games). The first time through the lineup a guy in front of us yelled "Bregman you smell like cabbage" as loud as he could. It didn't make sense but it was funny and everybody in the section laughed. Next time through the lineup when Tucker came to bat I yelled as loud as I could "Tucker you smell like sauerkraut" and everybody laughed. Nobody yelled anything the rest of the night. Just an interesting.....fun point in time.....I think about it now every time I see Tucker.

Houston announcers just said Olson has the longest active games played in a row in MLB at 474 games.
