Two questions posed to players on the Braves pregame
Pitchers: 300 wins or 3000 strikeouts?
Hitters: .300 average or 400 homeruns?

Based on today's modern game, I would be more impressed with 300 wins. With starters only going 5-6 innings W/L is out of the pitchers hands more than in the past. Strikeouts are way easier to get now.
The hitters side is a toss up to me. I'm always going to lean towards the more that guys are base the more that's going to help overall in the long run so I'd have to go with average.

I was really impressed with what Matzek said about 300 wins. He said wins were not always the best way to judge a pitcher, if you get to 300 wins you have obviously been a part of awesome teams, and that was what mattered to him.
