What do you see as the main issues?
One is the players demand for an increased share if revenues. Average salaries have declined in comparison to revenues over the term of the last CBA. While that is true of the average salary, the top 10% of salaries have increased in comparison to revenue, and as we've seen this off-season... there is no hesitancy to throw some silly money around, but that has come at the expense of the lower half of the talent pool and young team controlled players.
Universal DH? I don't see that as an issue with anyone..
Service time manipulation... I think that's something where compromise should be fairly easy..
So what other issues can you think of?

I think you’ve summed up the main issues. The salary structure and the service time manipulation are the biggest by far. The salary structure is just screwed up. I’d like to see a revenue sharing model similar to the NBA.
Another thing I’d like to see is a salary floor. This would reward small market fans and well managed franchises with better teams and more revenue because of increased attendance. Let teams that wanna spend a gazillion dollars do it, ie no salary cap.
The service time thing and arbitration just need to go. Set free agency at 5 years or age 29, whichever comes first, unless contracts are negotiated beyond that. Maybe even have a franchise pitcher and every day player. Take care of the farm hands a bit better.
How all that gets done is beyond me.

One thing that I hope to see is the expansion of the playoff format.
I like the 14 team format and give the number one seed a bye. First round would be a best of three, do away with the one and out WC game
It would give more teams (mid market and even smaller market teams) something to root for
That is an issue I think will work.
Universal DH should come and get rid of the man on second rule in extra innings that is a failed experiment
I would like the pitch clock - too much dilly dillying between pitches. Throw the dam ball and the batters can stay in the box and not waste time but I don't think this is relevant to what they are talking about now and do not know if they really care

One big issue i see-- and this is more of a collateral than the lack of an agreement, injured players cannot recieve treatment or therapy sessions from team training staffs and physicians. So what do they do now? Guys like Morton, Acuña, Soroka-- theyve got to rehab and recondition somehow. I guess they just do it privately on their own. Will this have a negative effect versus recieving specific regimens from the team's staff?

One thing that I might want to see is a revenue sharing penalty on teams that flat out refuse to spend anything like the Pirates for example. That would be in essence a salary floor. The FA for age 29 players, I like that
