Always liked D-pete.. that hand injury last year really zapped his power. Hopefully he can bounce back and show he still can be a corner OF player.
unfortunately, it is a long shot IMO.. But I have always been a big fan of his.

One reason I don't mind giving all these young guys like this a chance this year is even if they don't become a future fixture, if just a couple of them show they can actually play in the big leagues they can become nice help as a throw in on a trade or two along the way.

He was highly thought of before injury, so it may not be that much of a long shot. He has looked good.

He is basically a corner OF at this point. His bat needs to be better to hold that down regularly. I would need more than a few good games to believe he is good enough on a regular basis. He never shown much game power. That needs to start showing for me to be a buyer on him again.
