Well admittedly it's a bit easier for a lot of us to appear Irish, and chances are we have more Irish in us than we do Mexican! Personally I just appreciate that both holidays revolve around alcohol.  |

Sometimes when I’m following a recipe and it says to bake at 350 degrees, I will turn it up to 355 just to be a rebel.
