I don’t see how we signed Greene so cheap, he’s been pretty good the last few years....if that’s all it took to sign him somebody should have grabbed him, that just seems really weird.

I've been wondering for awhile now what was going on with the guy. Maybe he has really offensive shower habits or something. He doesn't look particularly hygienic.

He looks like the average guy in the area where I live so I'm used to it.

Because of the flood bullpen pitchers in the majors, I think the value of an older pitcher has diminished. Melancon wasn't signed until Feb by SD and they signed him for only 3 million for one year. I wondered the same thing about Greene myself, his ERA for the 1.5 years with the Braves was 2.80 I believe. Especially when you look at many pens going with unproven pitchers. I am saying this has Biddle looks like he could give up 5 runs here in a moment.

Soroka had some discomfort in his Achilles. They did a MRI and he'll now have to undergo exploratory surgery.

Oh boy. Well that's a major blow. Braves needed him back.

Dodgers purchased the contract of Nate Jones. Watch him be a stud now with them.

Marcell Ozuna will be out for at least six weeks, as you may have seen he already posted on his Instagram. Snitker will provide more information when he talks to us at 4:30 p.m. ET.

Any hope for the return of Atlanta starter Mike Soroka has ended. He suffered a complete re-tear of the Achilles tendon walking to the clubhouse Thursday and will undergo season-ending surgery.

How do you tear your Achilles "walking to the clubhouse"...that sucks. Feel bad for the kid...this looks like it could be a career ending injury.

Geez that's awful. I bet not even a chance of a return until 2023. With everything that has happened, I question his doctor and the surgery/treatment he has received.

Wow, what a season to forget
ASG ripped away Lose starting C amongst a bevy of early injuries Embarrassing DH loss in which we manage 1 hit in 2 games Ozuna debacle Team’s crappy performance on the field Snit-wit’s daily failures Soroka done - probably for career
The team that came within a win of last year’s Fall Classic seems like a distant memory
