1st seed--Dodgers 2nd seed--Barves 3rd seed--Cubs 4th seed--Padres
Then the Cardinals, Marlins and Reds are all 2 games over .500, apparently fighting for the 5th, 6th and 7th spots. The Cardinals have actually only played 56 games so far, they are supposed to play the Tigers in Detroit in a DH on Monday but only if the games mattered. I don't know if MLB means "matters" in terms in getting in the playoffs or not, or if it would affect which seed they get. I'm gonna bet they'll only play those games if they're are needed to determine whether or not they get in, and let the winning percentage decide the seeds. But it looks like we'll play one of those teams. I highly prefer the Cardinals so we can ravage them with revenge, but the Marlins would be a good matchup for us. The Reds are hot and have some good starting pitching. I know a lot of people say if you can't beat any team in the first round you don't deserve anything, but all the same I'd rather avoid the Reds and get a series win, it's been a long damn time. With everything that has gone on this year, I'd consider it a huge success. Especially if we can bury the Cardinals.

After the 4 hit batters last night, maybe he will reach out and touch the 1st batter he faces with 100mph right on their hip.

He means me. I'm the lot of people who say that. Although I do want to play the Cardinals if we can beat the ever lovin snot out of them. In fact I hope we do and that Acuña stares into their dugout while grabbing his crotch. Lordy I hate those guys.

The kid probably needs to be more focused on executing his pitches in his debut than pouring out retribution. I’m old school and get what you’re saying, but there is a time and place for everything. That would not be the time nor the place in my opinion.

You’re definitely one of the people, and usually I agree with that sentiment, but with the combo of us not having won a playoff series in eleventy billion years and revenge on the Cardinals I want them instead of the Reds.

I’m ok not getting into a beanball match with a bad team and risk getting someone hurt right before the playoffs, but if we get one guy hit tonight you have to hit one of their players in the legs. That should not start a fight and you can only take so much. One of the HBP was on a change up last night, pretty sure Acuna, and I don’t think there was intent on any of them. I would have drawn the line after three last night, but given the circumstances I’m drawing it at four saying over this line you do not.....I would imagine the Sawks already understand that going into this game.

My son just passed over Atlanta at 33,000 feet and 500 MPH on his way from Charlotte to Dallas. I had dropped him off here in south central PA at the airport in Harrisburg (Middletown) PA where Trump is having a rally at 7PM tonight. It was getting busy with hundreds of people already there at noon and they were filing in then. It's going to be a zoo, especially after the just announced nomination of Amy Coney Barrett for the Supreme Court.

Acuna Albies Freeman Ozuna d'Arnaud
Isn't it more than a bit odd that Riley isn't playing again tonight? They said he had stiffness so he sat out a few games, then he was like Gumby last night diving all over the place making great defensive plays......then out again tonight.
