Send Touki packing with Faulty. Boston is a team that would be much improved with those two. Seriously, have you looked at that garbage pitching rotation? They have Ryan Weber as the number 3 SP, that is garbage and that new GM should face some Boston media heat for the trash moves he has put together Hey, maybe Faulty might be like Charlie Morton and be a late bloomer, he has been healthier but man he is frustrating Most frustrating Braves pitcher since Pete Smith of the young gun days - you never know

Hey westie.. we missed you during the big win yesterday! Sorry, did not get around to signing in this weekend This is the first I have gotten around to posting this yr, just doing other things But it was two nice wins - sure hope Cole Hamels can get healthy honestly not sure of his status But do you really trust Newk and Folty - really? If they pitched to their potential Braves would be a real elite team still pretty good now

I trust Newk more than I trust Folty, which ain't saying much. Maybe Wright is ready. Helifino.

Players always have to take blame too, but I'm beginning to wonder why or organization has had so much trouble developing good young pitchers over the last 10 years. We've about screwed the pooch now with this giant plethora of young arms we had. When there's this distinct of a pattern I have to start feeling like it's not all on the players.

At least Newk has value in the pen and this day in time that is an important piece for a good team As for Wright, he needs to step it up its his time he is 24 now. Where he was picked he should be at least a solid SP if not a TOR guy. That is why you pick guys that high.

I can't say I have the answers but there may have been a reason other organizations have let us have young pitchers like Wisler, Ellis, Tyrell Jenkins, Touki, and the list goes on. I know I am missing other young arms they traded for Of the Coppy pitchers he traded for, only ones to show something are Fried (it took five yrs) but he came around and to a degree Folty in spite of the inconsistency. And Newk is a decent piece out of the pen. Not what we wanted but its better than no use at all Of the draft picks, Soroka looks like the real deal, Wright is incomplete and we cannot judge the others as of yet. Allard is one that seemed to be better in Texas.

We're down to Anderson and Muller, maybe Davidson....I don't think Wilson has looked very good, so I don't know.......it's getting very frustrating.

At some point, the braves will actually have to look into free agency to sign a good, young and dependable starting pitcher to compliment the rare gems like Soroka and maybe Fried. All other potential starting pitcher candidates in the braves farm system have been from meh to downright horrid. Can't wait another 5 years for another soroka type pircher to develop if they wanna make a legitimate playoff run.
