So is Soroka available in relief on Wednesday if Folty goes full psycho? Everyone is available

So is Soroka available in relief on Wednesday if Folty goes full psycho? I would think so, as well as Fried.

The only fault I can have with this game is not taking advantage of our scoring chances. Especially from our best hitters. Acuna with a leadoff double and a leadoff triple and scored neither time. And that's the tip of the iceberg concerning our problems there. Flaherty on Wednesday against a team struggling with the bats.
I’d say there’s about a 15% chance that the season doesn’t end with the Cards celebrating on our field. Maybe we can get to Flaherty but I'm not going to hold my breath. It feels like our only chance is for Folty to pitch another gem.

With so little offensive production from most of the team, it really is a miracle that we were able to take the series to a fifth game.

I thought wasting Fried as a punch runner today was a bad move. Apparently, no one else thought so.

Yeah, that's what I don't understand. I guess those 13 pitches yesterday left him exhausted. Geezus. Snit had a good game yesterday and puked all over this one. IMO

Snit didn’t lose this game No, but he didn't manage it as well as he could have. I never blame the manager for losing.

Snit didn’t lose this game I didn't have any problem with any of his moves today. He had a plan for Fried and I'm fine with that, he's going to be fresh for Wednesday and I like that. On one hand maybe a guy should manage for today and worry about Wednesday later, but I think it was also a combination of Fried having pitched twice already in this series. I think our manager HAS to have a good solid plan for Wednesday and Fried being fresh is a great idea.
I liked the move to bring in Greene when he did too. He's been the better pitcher for awhile, even though Tomlin was rolling he's been more vulnerable. Those two hits the Cardinals got off Greene were tough breaks, I can't fault Greene for them.
