All the people involved in the rebuild deserve a lot of credit. I don’t see how that can be denied. And out of all of them, to me Freh-deh Freh-mehn deserves an ultra mega huge gold star for never complaining one time. He deserves a 5-6 year extension so he gets to reap the benefits for the rest of his career for putting up with all those bad seasons and doing nothing but being a complete professional the whole time. Kept his mouth shut, hustled and played hard and performed through the whole thing. An icon. It’s easy to take Freddie for granted, I constantly have to remind myself not too. Ozzie is shaping up to deserve that kind of respect too. I agree 100% I do However feel bad for Ozzie he left a lot of money on the table to be a brave. That alone should make him a all time brave great. When you add that smile and play you should go ahead and hang his number in the Rafters

GAPOZ is uber talented and charismatic to boot, so I don't disagree. He seems as likely to take the mantle as anyone. Yes, he is my pick. He would be the first non whitey to take that role for us, and I know Dansby was supposed to be the guy, but if justice is served GAPOZ will be the guy as time goes on and he keeps progressing the way he is. Aaron had the mantle in the early Atl years, though the teams were no where near as good save for 1969. The 1974 team was not that bad either that was one of the rare winning seasons we had in those days. There were some exciting hitters back then, who could forget the 3 teammates who had 40 HR yrs in 1973. The team was not that good but was worth watching For now we have the Ozzie and Ronnie show and that will be the co-mantle for now and the future. I am glad for Freddie, for a time there was a fear he would spend all his prime on lousy teams, seemed that way a couple of yrs ago This team has plenty of guys who have the mantle right now - could break the playoff jinx .

if not for COPPY AA could not have made any of the trades he made this yr. Snitker has been amazing and that was COPPY. Okay, you are not an Alex fan and that is fine But the last point I will make on it is that yes, we agree that Snitker was amazing - and he was brought in 2016 under the old dual regime But, had that regime remained, Snitker was on his way out, that was reported when Hart stormed into the Braves clubhouse and dressed down Snitker like an ass that Hart was, because his closer (Johnson) did not get the job done And Nick, being the leader he was took up for his manager & the guys on the team followed. Its not likely we would still have Snitker had the old regime stayed I do give some credit to Coppy for his work, not sure he was ready for that job but the one I will never give credit to is that ass John Hart, I will hate the legacy of John Hart to the end, he did next to nothing right and I still do not believe he was all that innocent and was mister know nothing

I despise John Hart. What an arrogant prick he is.
