It really annoys me I don't like Lynyrd Skynyrd because I can really hear what I am missing out on. just the lyrics like Simple Man I know a lot of people can't get past their two big hits or don't even realize they recorded more than 4-5 songs overall, but in the short time they were recording they made 5-6 albums where every song on each album were great songs. Lyrics and the twin electric guitars, and they were a very tight band. Ronnie was a great singer in my opinion. They have 40+ songs I still love to this day!
Gary Rossington, Allen Collins, Steve Gaines......sigh.......and that voice....they were passionate and real, they had soul!

I did listen to all their works a few years ago and I agree they are that good. It just gives me a bit of the cowpoke feeling.

Funny, as a few years have gone by I've been disappointed by how many songs Colter Wall has sung about cowboying and punchin' doggies on the prairies up there! I still like the voice and the rawness but I can only listen to so many songs that I know nothing about and have zero interest in--being a cowpoke, which he really is, but still.... |

Holy Crap! Simon and the other judges didn't even know who this was! Incredible performance of 'Never Enough' one of the best songs from the best selling Motion Picture soundtracks of 2018 and the last 20 years... The Greatest Showman!

Worst song evar? I always thought Dave Navarro looked like the ultimate chode, so tonight I saw this video and thought maybe I should listen to the guy because I never had.....maybe give him a chance, maybe I was missing something, who knows. So he sits and strums a couple of chords over and over while some weenie sings like a girl and Duff McKagan absolutely cannot take his eyes off Navarro for more than half a second the entire video. Watch how fast he looks back at Navarro every time he tries to look away. I always though McKagan was a cool dude and a good musician, but he has a massive mancrush on his boy Dave here.
