so, im kicking myself in the ass the past 2 seasons! In my fantasy baseball league we instituted a minor league roster of 4 minor leaguers and theyre kinda like dynasty players until batters reach 500 PA and pitchers get 150 innings pitched. so anyways i had 1 more pick left and already had a brave or 2 selected and didnt wanna be a homer and select Acuna. That year he didnt become anything spectacular yet. So my buddy texts me and asked if i had any minor leaguers i would suggest to him as i knew minor leagues from another league. So i suggested he take Acuna . It took him 1 day of hard research to pull the trigger and he took Acuna. Then last year before the season started Acuna was sneaking up the rankings. This year he #1 .... This guys minor leaguers are now Ronald Acuna , Victor Robles and Eloy Jiminez! and he gets to keep all 3 off his active roster until he needs them for 500 major league at bats. Thats 3 of the best outfielders coming up his year .. and to think i could have taken him but chose Riley before him which is why i didnt take him.

Yeah... hard not to kick yourself, but hindsight ya know... I ran a fantasy football league for 15 years, from 90-2005. We allowed 2 keepers. After the second game of his rookie season, I traded for Emmitt Smith. Good times...

Can’t wait to see how wright handles the pressure this year. He has to know he is close if he performs.
Pache, touki and Contreras are going to rocket this year.

I’m excited for each level
Rome- to see who the next breakout name will be. Tarnok, Muller, Wilson, JCE, Lugbauer, Waters, and Ynoa all have the potential to be break into the top 10 prospects next year when the likes of Soroka, Wright, Allard, Gohara, Fried, and of course Acuna likely graduate.
Florida-It’s possible 5 of our top 10 prospects next year will come from this crew-Anderson, Wentz, Wilson, Davidson, and Pache.
Mississippi- this group has some of the best arm talent in the system. Touki, Fried, and of course Wright all have very high ceilings. Sanchez needs to show something this year to stick. Clouse, McCreery, and Graham could move up the ladder as relievers quickly. Jackson and Riley will be the bats to watch.
Gwinnett- Allard, Soroka, Gohara, and Acuna (the last two only briefly). Last chance U for blisler. Peterson might develop into a 4th outfielder.

Kyle Wright was pretty wild tonight with 3 walks and 3 strikeouts in 3.2 innings. Mader, Hursh, and Graham all walked batters as well to total 8. Silver lining being the 10 strikeouts and Austin Riley with a double.

Kyle Muller gave up 2 hits but 1 went to Juan Soto for a 2 run homer. Otherwise his 5 strikeouts over 3.1 innings and 2 BB was pretty decent.
Burrows overmatched the younger competition with 4Ks over 2 innings to garner a save. He shouldn’t be in Rome long.
Now the exciting part...
Isranel Wilson 1-3 3B, 2 RBI, BB, and a run Cruz 1-4 Waters 2-3 3B, and a run Lugbauer 1-3 RBI, BB JCE 2-4 2B, and a run
Pretty lethal lineup that will likely add Contreras as well after extended spring training.

Jasseel De La Cruz tosses 5 innings no hits and 8 strikeouts at Rome. Tarnok comes in and walks 3 in 1 inning of work...
Soroka- 5 innings no runs and 5Ks
Touki got blown up in old school Touki fashion
Tucker Davidson struggled as well
Not a great night on the farm so far.
