Biddle has been lights out for a while now. Harper to lazy to run on strike three! He's only making about $150,000 tonight to play one game, and he's an All Star hero and all, so what incentive is there for him to play hard???

What's the deal on Albies? The Nats broadcast never said anything after he went out. Is it serious? He was grabbing at the back of his right leg, I never heard anything more than that.
Did Acuna take a couple of crazy routes to balls again tonight or what?
Jeez he's kind of concerning me with his routes.

Grant McAuley @grantmcauley Charlie Culberson may end up being one of the most valuable #Braves of 2018. He's truly done everything asked or expected and then some. Georgia kid making himself right at home.

Yea...I'm not sold on him being a center fielder!

Yea...I'm not sold on him being a center fielder! Seriously. His speed would help him in CF, but he seems to really have trouble tracking balls and running routes. Maybe he's just never played LF. I played all three OF positions at times and LF was a lot easier than CF, so I'm worried about him right now. I thought LF was really easy to play, so I'm surprised.

What I meant was LF was relatively easy for a person with some athletic ability and compared to trying to play CF.

Can Michael Reed play center? Ender needs a mender He can, they said he'd be starting tomorrow on the broadcast, since a lefty will be pitching.

He's played 84 games in LF, 74 in RF, and 175 in CF. I heard that he said tonight that he liked hitting at the top of the lineup. So, it looks like the Braves have got their lead-off hitter for the rest of the year. The way I figure it, Neck is keeping RF warm for RAJ. I firmly believe the Braves will make a big push to sign Pollock and next year will be Pollock/Inciarte/RAJ. Then, we're gonna see the Braves trade Inciarte and we'll get Pollock/Pache/Acuna for years to come. TNC Seal of Approval 2020 lineup (at some point in the season) 1. RF - Acuna 2. 2B - Albies 3. 1B - Freeman 4. LF - Pollock 5. 3B - Riley 6. CF - Pache 7. SS - Swanson 8. Ca - Contreras

Can Michael Reed play center? Ender needs a mender Some Ender numbers of note.... -- Of 164 qualified hitters in the hard hit percentage index, Ender is #158. -- Expanded out to include all hitters with at least 50 plate appearances in that category, he is #388 out of 434. -- Contrary to popular opinion, his exit velocity is NOT 37.4 mph….He is a notorious second half player who can really play defense, so let's hope Snit or somebody hides his "bunt bat" and "steal shoes" and he goes on to step his game up to where a MLB CF needs to be...….otherwise Ronald could be learning how a lot of MLB parks play in CF...

I think it's mental with Ender at this point. You can see it on his face. His confidence is shot. Something like that can turn around quickly or it can fester. I just know that I'm pulling for him to get back on track. The Braves need all hands on deck to stay in this thing.
