Freddie flexing his wrist at first base still....
Home plate umpires strike zone is 4 inches wider than home plate, 2 on each side. Julio still manages to walk Hicks to get to Stanton with two on now.
0-2 count Stanton homers.
If the RF fence is only 220 feet away, why are we pitching their right handed power hitters away? On literally every single pitch? Just brilliant.

We better hit home runs, too Exactly...you can't expect to win a 1-0 game against these guys...you better come ready to score some runs Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk

In reality we need to hit Stanton. Instead we’re makng him feel as comfortable as he can be by pitching him away, away, away, away and away. This is not rocket science.

Ryan Cothran @baldheaded1der Ryan Cothran Retweeted BIGGEST Lakers fan online This is the most maddening aspect of Julio. At any point in a game, he can look like a top-20 starter. Then in next inning, he’s end of his career Rick Mahler. The sooner he’s gone, the sooner our rotation can get better.

We better hit home runs, too We're not facing waist high fastballs off Teheran on 0-2 counts!

Sabathia to every hitter today—first pitch away then the next 2-3 pounded way in. Almost hit Suzuki.

Watch the Phillies! They could be only 1.5 games back after today and they have an easy schedule (Pirates (3), Orioles 1 game, Mets (4), and Marlins (3) albeit all on the road until the All Star break.
