As frustrated as I am with those things, I only boo here. I am not going to go to a game and boo.

Dansby and Ender are stinking up the place with their bats but I am probably more disappointed with Acuna than with any of them. I just don't think that he is ready for the Big League yet. He will likely eventually be a really good one but he is not ready yet. I am for all of them to get it turned around but they have been boo worthy.

HOT TAKE ALERT!!!!
If you boo a player you’re supposed to cheer for because he failed at executing then your kind of a selfish jerk.

I Paid my hard earned money to come watch him perform and he laid a duck. Wasn’t even serviceable, wasn’t worth a quarter. I feel I definitely earned the right to let him know it.

Problem is, Braves fans just accept and coddle mediocrity. Hell many of you encourage it.

Anyone has a right to boo if they want, and others have the right to think they are jerks if they so want.
I doubt however that any Braves fan encourages it. I would call that comment hyperbole, but I fear you actually believe it.

IMO if you want to have any credibility you need to point out who said what when you make claims like this. “You guys” and “people here” just doesn’t get it. I’d like to know specifically who coddles or encourages mediocrity here. My guess is that once again you’ll say it’s not worth your time to cite examples.🧐

As far as the other part, defending players and saying they never deserve the BOO, is just moronic.

I one hundred percent agree that poor below expectation performance often warrants Booing -- as long as its just Booing, calling a guy a bum and does not go too far, like throwing stuff and cussing around kids it way over the top As long as displeasure is expressed non violently and does not make those around you too uncomfortable -- its a ball game, not a church. Wish more ATL fans were like that -- would not go as far as some Philly fans especially the reputation of Eagles fans

I think Acuna has a way to go but compare him with Andruw at a similar age and Andruw did go though his learning curve in 1996 and 97, it was not till 98 he began to be the outstanding CF and the consistent 30/30 man he became I do think he gets a bit lackadasical in the field - that has to be improved Wonder what his total numbers would be without the injury -- he could have been on his way to a 20 ish HR yr or close to it There was really nothing left to prove in the minors

What's moronic is thinking you can read the mind of 40,000 fans and think none of them care.
As far as your other comments go, almost every single person here has called out players for poor performance.

Problem is, Braves fans just accept and coddle mediocrity. Hell many of you encourage it. Those UGA fans do not coddle mediocrity -- but as a sports town, we are not as demanding and outwardly nasty as some of those North East sports tows toward the pro sports towns But, there are good fans here -- others go to the game for a social event All paying customers are welcome -- heck LM needs the money to get better players Could it be so ?? Can always hope Most passionate ATL pro fans -- the United fans -- those fans make it an event -- the MLS team is not jaded like the other teams we have had so its a fresh history

No I'm sorry POM, but Atlanta is a horrible sports town.
Some of the largest crowds to watch soccer matches as 70,000 fans scream at the top of their lungs from bell to bell indicate Atlanta is just full of complacent medicocrity accepting terrible sports fans.

Oh well, that is what, 7 losses out of 9 -- are we playing ourselves into sellers and not buyers around the deadline -- this keeps up its a fair question Will we even be at 500 on July 31st? ? Good question from what we are seeing as of late -- they are not making breaks for themselves The lineup is fizzling badly -- and this keeps up I might get on the fire Snitker bandwagon -- I like him but its about results and results only
