The radar echoes approaching don't look terrible but if they are unwilling to play in a little light rain there is little hope for this one. Might as well postpone now. Looking ahead briefly, a DH tomorrow would likely have to start by noon to have a chance to get 2 in as precipitation chances pick up around dinner time and beyond. That timeline could change though depending on multiple variables. .

.09" fell 7-8 PM. That's likly as heavy as it gets until after midnight. We have a 3 hour window of probably less than .05"/hr. It's soon or never for tonight!

PIA just south of CBP had .01" of rain, that's one one hundredth of an inch, between 8 and 9 PM. It will be interesting to look at the observations tomorrow to see how much falls between 8 and midnight. Less than .2" has fallen since 6 PM. Maybe by September we have Fried, Wright, Jesse, and Lee back. Hopefully no other injuries.
