I’d like to see us offer him a 5 year $150M extension at the end of this season. We’d have him for 9 more years and through age 34.

Whatever went right for Michael Harris last year is now going bad. He is basically turning into Cristian Pache at this point. He is an offensive liability. If he doesn't turn things around soon the Braves will have to start platooning him with Pillar, and Hilliard to a lesser extent. His swing and miss rate of fastballs in the strike zone is over 50%. And his current war is 0, which shows you just how bad his offense has been despite stellar defense. That is a huge red flag...and a problem. I'm a huge MHII fan. But there are players more worthy of playing, and who are contributing more at this juncture.

Agreed...He has been my favorite player since he came up in 2018. He immediately passed the eye test as to having the "it" factor. His talent is breathtaking and fairly much unrivaled presently. The Mlb channel did a breakdown of Acuña's swing from last year (while recovering from knee surgery)...and now, fully healed. Night and day on his mechanics. Staying healthy is the challenge. He will hit more hr's as he matures and gets stronger. But the speed is still there. And he has the best arm in baseball, as evidenced by a 105.8mph throw against the Phils last year...on a bad wheel no less. Not sure this fan base truly realizes what a true generational talent they have on display. Like Strider said..."I'm glad he's on our team..."

I’d like to see us offer him a 5 year $150M extension at the end of this season. We’d have him for 9 more years and through age 34. He's a $400m player. I'd be surprised if he entertained a $150m offer...

Riley has been better recently: 8 for his last 25 counting that strikeout there but dang it needed to at least move Olson over.

1 run after back to back doubles to start is all they get. That could and probably will come back to bite. Hard to get excited about this team scoring right now because they just don't do it consistently without homers-- yesterday and several other recent losses exhibiting such.

And yup they paid right away for the risp failure. Immediately tied via Solo shot for Seattle.

At least other than the solo shot, Shuster has been good early today

Harris is useless on offense, but by all means, keep sending him out there EVERY DAMN DAY, Sarge!
