Boston vs New York
Anyone watching? Cole's 99 mph fastball looks to me like it's 105, but Bogaerts just went exit velo 108 on him..
2-0 Boston

If they go extra innings does a runner start on 2nd in the playoffs?

There's not many teams I'd root for the Sawks to beat, but the Yankees is one of them!
How do you pick who to root for in the Cardinals/Dodgers game? I have to just take the attitude I'm going to laugh at whoever loses, no way I can root for either team. My only thinking is I don't believe the Cardinals are that good and they should have peaked by now. Maybe they would be easier to beat if we can get by Milwaukee, and it would be wonderful to beat them in the playoffs. It would be great to beat the Dodgers too, but they seem to have some kind of hold over us. Plus their playoff pitching is scary.

Cards vs Dodgers; I root for the blimp to crash into the stadium.

The only good news is that one of them will be done for the season, which is going to be funny no matter which team it is.

There might not be a bigger d-bag in this world than Alex Rodriguez. As the final pitch is being delivered to end the Yankees season he says "prediction for next season, Geritt Cole wins the Cy Young, the second season here in New York is always easier than the first one, see Giancarlo Stanton."
The wanker just couldn't stand to see his team being left laying in a puddle of their own piss and blood.

.....ahhhhhhnd who exactly cares about the 2022 Cy Young right now? I couldn't stand that prick before steroids.. Exactly, and he chose to say that as the last out was being made as opposed to commenting on the actual fact that the Red Sox won and the Yankees season was over. A few minutes before that in the same half inning he was raving about what a great move it was for the Yankees to switch their infield around at some point this year. He was lamenting on the Yankees, as if he was a Yankees announcer calling the game for a Yankees listening audience as their season wound down. I have never encountered one person who ever said they like A-Rod. I'm pretty sure he costs ESPN a lot of viewers every game he's involve with.
It does make me take extra pleasure knowing he had to sit there in Fenway Park and have his guts eaten out while watching his team lose to the Red Sox of all teams.
